Well, I have come to the conclusion that the reason I didn't loose any weight last week is because I binge eat at the end of the night. My daily routine is to get up about 6:30-7:00am and lay in bed with the kids for about an hour. Then I mad dash to get the girls dressed, fed and ready to go while Owen gets Jahvar ready and out the door onto the bus. When he comes back from the bus stop he takes over with the girls while I get dressed and we all rush out the door. Rarely, if ever I will grab a piece of fruit or bag of veggie chips for the road but that's about as far as I go with breakfast.
Then during the day we are either running errands, getting deliveries or at the office working on countless things that need to be done. I don't even think about eating during the day. But, when 3 o'clock comes and its time to pack up and head to the bus stop to get Jahvar I am starving. I snack while I fix the kids their snack. I snack while I make Owen's dinner. I snack while I make the kids dinner, I snack while I make my dinner and then I snack on and off all night while I do whatever it is I am doing that night. I have been making better food choices but my bad eating habits are still there.
This week, I have been working on trying to correct that problem. I still haven't taken the time for breakfast but I have been bringing a snack with me for during the day. I still snack all night but I am more aware of it and my goals for the rest of the week and next is to get my snacking habits cut back and start making meals for breakfast and lunch.
